My family was fortunate enough to spend 3 nights at the beautiful new Cabins at Copper Creek Villas. The Cabins are part of the new DVC property, Copper Creek Villas, which are located at the Wilderness Lodge in Walt Disney World. Let me jump to the end and tell you, they are lovely. They are everything you would want them to be and more. Seriously.
The 2 bedroom cabins are fully equipped. You could easily spend a week here. (Well… If you happened to be independently wealthy!) There is sleeping for 8. (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa, 1 Bunk-Size Pull-Down Bed, and 1 Twin-Size Sleeper Chair.) There’s a fully stocked kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. (In fact I’m pretty sure the fridge was bigger than the one in my home!) The cabin also comes with a washer & dryer. Even for our short stay, I made sure to do a load of laundry.
To stock our kitchen, we ordered food from Amazon Prime Now. I set up the order the week before the trip adding things I thought we’d want and then when I got off the plane, I just hit ‘purchase now.’ We received a text that our delivery had arrived from Amazon and that it was left at Bell Services. Bell Services even delivered it with my husband as there were so many bags. I would definitely use this service again.
There is a downside to these amazing cabins, you will never want to leave. Unless you really do just have the extra means to book this place for the week, I’d suggest book ending a trip here. Our 3 nights were perfect. We spent little time though outside of the cabin. The weather wasn’t good enough really for swimming, and we didn’t have much else planned. We only left to eat twice – once to Fort Wilderness and once to Disney Springs.
Ahhh… Writing this has brought back all the great memories of the Cabin. It was lovely. I really wouldn’t change anything about the Cabins. They were just so perfect. Check out our video and our Facebook Album for more pictures and then add this beauty to your bucket list!! It’s that great!
